We offer several shipping methods. Below are estimated shipping charges and delivery times for each shipping method:

**These are our minimum shipping charges. If the weight or distance of a shipment causes its shipping cost to exceed these rates, you will be charged the actual shipping rate of the package. Your actual shipping charges will be reflected during checkout.

Please note: FedEx / UPS does not deliver on weekends. Backordered items are shipped as they become available at no additional cost. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Can I track my order?
By using Google Checkout to make purchases on NailLoungeSalon.com, your purchase history for such purchases will be maintained solely in your Google Checkout account. Your purchase history for such purchases will not be maintained by NailLoungeSalon.com. All purchase history that you may have with NailLoungeSalon.com prior to using Google Checkout or with respect to purchases that you make without using Google Checkout will be maintained in your My Account at NailLoungeSalon.com.

When will my order be shipped?
Nail Lounge Salon usually ships in stock items in one to two business days, excluding holidays.

What is Nail Lounge Salon return policy?
Although we have a demanding return policy, we only sell first quality non defective items and we do not resell our customer returned products. However, our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at NailLoungeSalon.com will meet your standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached in its original state. Please notify us within five (5) calendar days after the receipt of your order. Please note: Shipping fees are not refundable.

For a full refund you must:

• Please notify us at contact@NailLoungeSalon.com within five (5) calendar days of receiving your order. (Please include your order number) We will then email you a return and exchange form to be enclosed with your products.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unused and all tags attached in its original state. You must include all wrappings, polybags, and documentations such as warranty information.
• We must receive your item within seven (7) business days after we send you our return/exchange form.
• You must notify us with the tracking number of your returned/exchange merchandise.

If you notify us after five (5) calendar days, but within fourteen (14) calendar days after the arrival of your merchandise, you will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Any issues or problems found after fourteen (14) calendar days will not qualify for a return or exchange at NailLoungeSalon.com. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Please allow fourteen (14) business days for your return/exchange to be processed.

How do I return something?
Please fill out the appropriate portion of the form and indicate on the form whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. Please allow 14 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once we receive your merchandise. We will then process your return/exchange and then notify you with the results of our evaluation.

Who pays for return shipping?
For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Your return will be processed and your credit card credited within fourteen (14) business days after the approval of your return. Please allow up to three billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

For an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. If you request a replacement item of equal or lesser value, there is no charge to ship the item to you. However, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of the additional items and shipping charges. If the exchange is of lesser value, we will need permission to credit your credit card for the original order and place a new order.

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
